Booking Made Simple for Executive Assistants
Executive assistants and travel admins can book for executives and founders in a few minutes. Send us the passenger's name and number, pickup location, date, time and vehicle of your choice on WhatsApp. We'll confirm the booking and share the chauffeur's details with you and the passenger 2 hours before pickup.

For airport transfers, your chauffeur tracks the flight, including any delays. Your chauffeur will be parked and waiting before the executive lands, outside the arrival gate with a name placard.

Car rental for corporate travel follows different patterns in each city, and each city page sets out the local routes, areas and airport distances.
- Bangalore: executive travel between the airport, the CBD, Whitefield and the Outer Ring Road.
- Delhi NCR: meetings across Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.
- Mumbai: transfers between both airports and Bandra Kurla Complex, Lower Parel and Nariman Point.
- Hyderabad: the western IT corridor and conferences at the HICC.
- Chennai: the OMR IT corridor and plant visits to Sriperumbudur.
- Kolkata: meetings at Salt Lake Sector V and New Town, close to the airport.

Billing and Invoicing
For corporate car rental in India, we offer flexible payment plans. Each booking is invoiced with GST under Komyut Mobility LLP.
Luxury car prices include toll and parking. For other cars, toll and parking are shown separately on the invoice.
Chauffeurs and Safety
Our chauffeurs are experienced, background-checked and in uniform. All our chauffeurs speak English and Hindi. The same chauffeur stays with your traveller for the whole trip. For trips between cities, see our outstation car rental with driver page.
Cancellation Terms
For the Toyota Innova Crysta and Innova Hycross, cancellation is free up to four hours before pickup. For the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and S-Class, the BMW 5 Series and 7 Series, the Toyota Camry and Vellfire, and the Force Urbania, cancellation is free 48 hours or more before pickup. A 50% fee applies within 48 hours, rising to 75% within 24 hours, and the full fare is charged within 12 hours of pickup or for a no-show. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
How to Set Up Your Account
- Send your company name, billing address, GSTIN and travel cities to booking@komyut.io.
- We'll confirm your account terms and the rates for each city.
- You can then book on WhatsApp or by email, and we'll confirm each booking in writing.
