Child Seats and Cancellation
Child seats are available on request. Do let us know when you book.
You can cancel the Innova Crysta and Hycross free of charge up to 4 hours before pickup. For all other cars, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pickup.
Later cancellations are charged as follows: 24 to 48 hours before pickup, 50% of the fare. 12 to 24 hours before pickup, 75% of the fare. Less than 12 hours before pickup, or if you don't show up, the full fare.
