Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Modifications

  • No-show is defined as the customer not being available at the pickup location for 30 minutes beyond scheduled time.

  • In case of a flight/train delay, please inform us in advance to avoid being marked as a no-show.

2. Cancellations & No‑Show Policy

  • Bookings must be made via our website, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Changes (timing, vehicle type, pickup/drop location) are allowed up to 6 hours before the scheduled start time for Airport Transfers and Hourly Rental. For outstation trips at least 3 days prior.

  • Modification fee: ₹0 (first change); subsequent changes: ₹100/change.

  • Fare differences (if any) will be adjusted in the final invoice.

4. Calendar Day Policy (Outstation Trips)

Outstation trips are billed based on calendar days, with a minimum daily usage of 250 or 300 kilometers per day (depending on the vehicle category).

  • A calendar day is defined as 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM.

  • Usage of the vehicle beyond 11:59 PM will be considered as an additional day and charged accordingly (i.e., additional 250/300 km minimum billing).

5. Driver Allowance For Outstation Trips

For rentals covering a full calendar day (i.e., 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM), the following driver allowance  charges will apply:
 

  • Day Allowance: Mandatory for travel between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
     

  • Early Morning Allowance: Applicable for usage between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM, only if the driver is operating the vehicle during this time.
     

  • Late Night Allowance: Applicable for usage between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM, only if the driver is operating the vehicle during this time.

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

  • For bookings made through travel agents, their refund timelines apply.

7. Waiting Time Policy

  • Airport pickups: 1 Hour free waiting from flight landing time.

  • All other pickups: 20 minutes free.

  • Extra waiting will be charged at ₹100 per 15 minutes or as per vehicle class.

8. Inclusions & Extra Usage Charges

  • Packages include specified distance and duration.

  • Extra KMs and extra hours will be charged as per the rate card shared at the time of booking.

  • Parking, tolls, state permits, and intercity taxes are charged at actuals and must be reimbursed to the driver.

9. Vehicle Condition & Cleanliness

  • All vehicles are provided clean and sanitized.

  • Smoking, eating, or carrying pets inside the car is not permitted unless explicitly approved.

  • Excessive soiling or damage will attract a cleaning or repair fee, billed based on actuals.

10. Vehicle Availability & Replacements

  • If your booked vehicle is unavailable due to unavoidable reasons, Komyut will provide an equal or upgraded category vehicle at no extra cost.

  • In case of a downgrade, the price difference will be refunded.

  • If you choose to cancel due to unavailability, you will receive a full refund.

11. Driver Conduct & Responsibility

  • All drivers are professionally trained and verified.

  • Customers are requested to treat chauffeurs with respect. Misconduct by either party may result in ride cancellation.

  • Any breach of rules (e.g. carrying banned substances, unsafe behavior) may result in ride termination.

12. Insurance & Liability

  • Komyut vehicles are covered under comprehensive commercial insurance, including third-party liability.

  • Komyut is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, strikes, or events outside our control.

13. Customer Data & Privacy

  • Your data (name, contact info, booking history) is used solely for providing and improving services.

  • We do not share your data with third parties except for operational purposes (e.g. assigning your ride to a driver/vendor).

  • By booking with Komyut, you agree to our data use and ride terms.
