Book Your Outstation Car Rental With Driver Now

Your perfect outstation journey with a driver is just a few clicks away. Reserve your professional chauffeur and luxury vehicle to guarantee a punctual, safe, and comfortable travel experience.

At Komyut, we handle every outstation car rental with driver booking personally, from a budget friendly Suzuki Dzire at 14/km to a luxurious Mercedes E-Class at 90/km. Whether you need a car rental with driver in Bangalore, a car rental with driver in Delhi, or a car rental with driver in Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Goa — one experienced chauffeur drives you across all days in a clean, well-maintained car of your choice.

Tolls, parking, and permits for outstation travel are as per actual cost incurred. The receipts to these are provided at the end of the trip, to you by the team at the end of the trip.

What Is an Outstation Car Rental With Driver?

Most people who pose this question do not want a definition. They have a well-defined plan — a four-day outstation trip across Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur, a mumbai to goa by road drive along the Konkan coast, or an international tourist looking to explore the kochi to munnar road trip and on to Alleppey. What they want is for the service to be safe and reliable.

We handle every outstation car rental with driver at Komyut personally. You tell us the route, we quote the per-km rate, confirm the vehicle and chauffeur, and share the driver's details on WhatsApp four hours before pickup. The process is the same whether it is a Suzuki Dzire or a Mercedes

E-Class.

To be honest, there are a number of price factors when it comes to chauffeur driven car services in India. We are open about ours. We cannot speak for others. To prevent you from feeling duped at the end of your trip, we list every possible expense up front.

Round-Trip Bookings

From pickup to drop-off, an outstation roundtrip involves one vehicle and one chauffeur. The cost is calculated per kilometre. Driver allowance, tolls, parking, state permits (where applicable), and GST

are not included. These are listed as additional costs in every quote we send over WhatsApp so you will not be caught off guard in the middle of the journey.

And here is the thing most people do not realise — every outstation booking has a minimum kilometre calculation per day. From Bangalore, that minimum is 300 km. So if you are driving to Nandi Hills and back, roughly 120 km round trip, you still pay for 300 km. From Delhi, the daily minimum is 250 km. From

Kochi, it is 100 km. This is unless we specify that we can fulfil a request for a shorter range.

The minimums exist because the driver and car are blocked for your entire day regardless of how far you actually drive.

Multi-Day Itineraries

Multi-day outstation travel follows the same per-km rate, with the daily minimum applied per day. From Kochi, the daily minimum is 100 km, so a three-day trip is charged for at least 300 km total. From Delhi, 250 km per day adds up to 750 km across three days.

Night driving adds a separate charge. Before 6 AM or after 9 PM, a driver batta applies — ₹350 for a Dzire, ₹400 for an Innova Crysta, up to ₹1,000 for a BMW 7 Series. This matters if your flight lands at midnight or you want an early start to beat Yamuna Expressway fog. The allowance compensates the chauffeur for the additional hours. We do not make money on this.

Outstation Car Rental Pricing: Rates, Minimums and What You Pay

The sections above cover the per-km rate, the daily minimum kilometre range, and driver batta. Below is  what an actual outstation car rental with driverquote looks like when we send it to a customer on WhatsApp or by email.

What a Real Trip Quote Looks Like

Bangalore to Mysore to Ooty and back. Innova Crysta. Three days. One

chauffeur.

- Base: 3 days × 300 km minimum × ₹24/km = ₹21,600

- Batta: 3 × ₹400/day = ₹1,200

- Toll: at actuals

- Parking: at actuals

- Tamil Nadu state permit: at actuals

- GST: 5% on the base (GST can be either 5% or 18% as per government rules)

Drive more than 900 km total, the extra bills at ₹24/km. Trip runs past the agreed hours? ₹280 per extra hour for a Crysta from Bangalore. Every line above is listed in the WhatsApp quote before you confirm. The final invoice matches the quote — the only additions are actual tolls, parking receipts, and night charges if applicable.

Komyut is fully GST compliant. At the end of every outstation trip, your chauffeur hands over a complete cost breakdown along with receipts for every additional charge. Corporate customers receive the same, formatted for expense filing.

A wide-angle, cinematic photograph of Pykara Lake in Tamil Nadu, India. The scene features several colorful motorboats docked on dark, calm waters in the foreground under a dramatic, overcast sky. The background is composed of rolling brown and green hills of the Nilgiris, with a dense treeline bordering the water's edge.

Choosing the Right Vehicle for Your Outstation Trip

When a customer reaches out to us to enquire about a car rental with driver in India for an outstation trip. We start by asking them, three questions to get a better understanding - "How many passengers, how much luggage, and how long is the drive?"

Sedans

The Suzuki Dzire or Toyota Etios starting at Rs 14 per km is a great option for customers looking for a economic but comfortable option. These sedans can accomodate two to three people with one bag each. The are perfect for short 2-3 day outstation trips.

In the premium sedan class, the Honda City and Suzuki Ciaz represent a step up. They have a quieter cabin on the highway and more legroom in the back with better interiors compared to the ecomony class.

MUVs

The Suzuki Ertiga and Toyota Rumion can comfortably fit four adults with baggage and starts at around 20/km. Although these MUVs have seven seats, the third row is really unpleasant for adults on lengthy trips and is only suitable for children.

Traveling from bangalore to coorg road trip via ghat roads or from mumbai to goa by road along the Konkan coast would be more comfortable with the ground clearance and suspension that an MUV provides. This vehicle option is convinient and budget friendly for longer trips.

The Innova Crysta and Above

The Innova Crysta, is the most preferred vehicle for outstation car rental with driver in India by indian's and international travellers. It can easily accommodate upto 5 passengers with luggage. Priced at an average of Rs 24/km, the Innova Crysta is a great option for traveller who prefer safety and

comfort.

The Innova Hycross, which is is the hybrid step-up to the Innova Crysta is priced around Rs 28/km and is more premium and luxurious option to the Innova Crysta in India.

Luxury

At Komyut, we offer a wide range of luxury vehicle to choose from, namely: Mercedes E-Class starting at Rs90/km, BMW 7 Series at Rs 120/km., GLS 450 and Vellfire at ₹300/km. Luxury Car Rentals are expensive, but they come with a lot of convinience and comfort for the price range.

The chauffeur's are inuniform, the cabin clean and comfortable with water, snacks and a newspaper.

Our luxury chauffeurs are discreet and professional, no unnecessaryconversations. This allows our customers to relax deeply, work peaceful at the back seat and enjoy the addition space around them.

Our outstation luxury cars are billed garage to garage. We offer our service both to direct customers and corporates.

Minivans & Coaches

Pefect for big families, friend groups and corportate offsites. Komyut's wide range of Minivan and coaches allow families, friends and colleagues to travel and enjoy memorable moment together while on an outstation trip. The Force Urbania starting at ₹40/km is perfect for this, they come with comforable

Popular Outstation Routes From Metro Cities

Our chauffeur Raju once told us that the best routes are the ones where the passenger puts their phone down by the second hour. We have been logging those routes for years now. Here are the outstation car rental corridors our chauffeurs drive most; not pulled from a search result, but built from

thousands of dispatched trips.

More outstation trip bookings originate from Bangalore than any other metro on

our books. And for good reason.

Bangalore to Mysore (Distance: 150 km, Drive Time: 2 hours)

The bangalore to mysore road trip is one of the most popular routes for an outstation trip in South India.

Our chauffeurs know where to go first. Not the palace, that is for later, when the light softens. First, Mylari Dosa. A tiny restaurant where the queue starts before the shutters roll up. The dosa arrives paper-thin, soaked in ghee, folded around nothing but its own crispness. People drive from Bangalore for this single plate. They are not wrong. By afternoon, you are in the lanes behind the market, watching a weaver feed

gold zari thread into a Mysore silk loom. His family has worked these looms for four generations. The silk catches light from the window like something liquid. You ask the price and realize you are not buying fabric.

On Sunday evenings, the palace puts on its 100,000 bulbs. But the better moment is ten minutes before, when the courtyard is dim and expectant, and then the light comes all at once, and a small sound rises from the crowd.

Sedan comfortable. ₹150–200 toll. The most-booked same-day outstation car rental with driver route in South India. If you are looking for a car rental with driver in Bangalore for a weekend trip, the Mysore run is where most travellers start.

Bangalore to Coorg (Distance: 265 km, Drive Time: 5.5 hours)

Past Mysore, the windows come down. Coffee blossom. Wet earth. Eucalyptus threading through air that has nothing in common with the city you left behind. The road between Kushalnagar and Madikeri climbs into the Western Ghats, post-monsoon slippery, the kind of turns where your instinct screams

brake. Our chauffeurs do the opposite. They hold speed, reading the bend the way a river reads its own bank.

At a plantation homestay, a Kodava woman walks out with a steel plate. No menu. No choices. Pandi Curry, pork slow-cooked in Kachampuli vinegar, dark, unapologetic — beside Kadambuttu, rice dumplings still warm enough to steam when you tear them open. The Kodava community has cooked like this for

generations. You are eating it because you showed up. SUV's are ideal for the bangalore to coorg road trip, especially the last stretch to Mandalpatti peak — 1,600 metres. And then you step out. The Western

Ghats drop away below you, green and crumpled and endless, reaching into cloud. Five and a half hours from Bangalore.

From Delhi

Delhi to Agra (Distance: 230 km, Drive Time: 3.5 hours).

Everyone will talks about the Taj Mahal. However, nobody mentions the Bedai and Jalebi that is famous is Agra. Near the Jama Masjid, before the sun gets serious, a row of stalls fry Bedai, a stuffed bread, puffed and golden — they serve it with aloo sabzi and jalebi, so hot the syrup burns your fingers. Here you find regulars standing, eating with steel plates balanced on one palm. The Mehtas, a family from Gujarat, asked our chauffeur Ajay to stop here on the way to the Taj.

The Yamuna Expressway that opened in 2012 is 230 kilometres highway that connects Greater Noida with Agra. In a chauffeured car, it can comfortably be done in three hours if, Ajay our Komyut Chauffeur leaves by five-thirty am. He does, because he knows what the west gate looks like between six and seven in the morning, before the tour buses line up. Important to note that The Taj Mahal is generally closed on Fridays for maintanence and prayers. Fog in winter can delay your schedule by an hour. But Agra is not just one building.

Behind Taj Ganj, a family has been pressing lapis lazuli and carnelian into white marble for six generations - pietra dura, the same Mughal inlay on the Taj's walls, except here you watch it happen and you can ask how. Mehtab Bagh across the Yamuna holds the best sunset view most visitors get to know about. The Fatehpur Sikri which is thirty-seven kilometres away, is an entire capital Akbar built and walked away from — courts, palaces, mosques, all standing, all nearly empty. And at Noori

Gate you can try petha, a translucent pumpkin sweet with fifty-odd varieties. Three UNESCO sites. Popular delhi to agra trip. Outstation trip booking from Delhi.

Delhi to Jaipur (Distance: 280 km, Drive Time: 4.5 hours)

At Lassiwala on MI Road — the original one, not the three imposters lined up on either side — a man pours thick makkhan lassi into a clay kulhad and slides it across without asking what you want. There is one thing on the menu. There has only ever been one thing. You drink it standing on the pavement, watching pink buildings catch the afternoon sun, and somewhere between the first sip and the last it occurs to you that a king designed this entire city on paper before a single wall went up. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II laid Jaipur out on a Vedic grid in the 18th century — wide streets, symmetrical blocks, the same geometric mind that built Jantar Mantar and its stone sundial the size of a building. The city was painted pink to welcome Prince Albert in 1876. A municipal order made sure it stayed that way.

Our chauffeurs usually suggest stopping at Neemrana Fort Palace at the halfway mark — coffee on a 15th-century rampart looking out over the Aravalli foothills, the kind of break a highway fuel station will never give you. Amber Fort first, in the morning, when the Sheesh Mahal's mirrored walls catch early light. Panna Meena ka Kund nearby — a stepwell with crisscrossing stairs you keep trying to trace with your eyes and keep losing. Dal Baati Churma for lunch at a heritage haveli. And if you have the afternoon, Sanganer, where block printers still stamp fabric with hand-carved wooden blocks, indigo and madder, the same patterns their families have been pressing for longer than Jaipur has been pink. A delhi to jaipur by road journey that suits a luxury car rental with driver — flat terrain, wide roads, palatial stops. The Golden Triangle's most-driven outstation travel leg.

From Mumbai

Mumbai to Pune (Distance: 150 km, Drive Time: 2.5 hours)

Friday morning, before six. The expressway climbs through the ghats in a thin mist that lifts by Lonavala. Our chauffeurs take this road often enough to know which lane moves past Panvel, when to ease off into the curves, where the trucks bunch up. You stop watching the clock somewhere around Khandala.

In Narayan Peth, Bedekar has been serving Misal Pav long before Pune became an IT city. Sprouted moth beans in a chilli tarri sharp enough to make your eyes water.

Shaniwar Wada is a ten-minute walk. The Peshwa palace burned two centuries ago, but the walls still stand. In the narrow lanes of Kasba Peth, you walk streets a young Shivaji once walked. The history here does not sit behind glass. It lives in the stone underfoot. The mumbai to pune trip is Mumbai's most-booked outstation car rental route.

Mumbai to Goa (Distance: 580 km, Drive Time: 10 hours)

Ravi, one of our chauffeurs who runs this route regularly, says you can smell Goa before you see it. Cashew blossom, frangipani, wet laterite. He lowers his window at the border every time. Forty trips, same gesture. The drive down NH66, the Konkan coastal road, is the longer way. It is also the only way worth talking about. Fishing villages where nets dry in afternoon sun, red cliffs dropping into creeks, and around Chiplun, a woman who runs a kitchen out of what is technically her front room. Konkani fish thali — sol

kadhi made that morning, fried bombil, rice — and if you try to leave too quickly she looks at you like you have missed the point.

The ghats between Poladpur and Khed are narrow, trucks swinging wide around blind bends. An Innova Crysta with driver on this stretch is less about comfort and more about the fact that these curves deserve someone who has driven them before. Past Panjim, South Goa quiets down. Cola Beach sits at the

bottom of a cliff, a freshwater lagoon fringed with coconut palms, and on a weekday morning the only footprints in the sand might be yours. The mumbai to goa by road drive is one of Mumbai's most popular outstation trip bookings.

From Kochi

Kochi to Munnar (Distance: 130 km, Drive Time: 4 hours)

Past Neriamangalam the road dips under a canopy of trees and starts climbing, and two hours of hairpin bends through the Western Ghats erase everything you drove through to get here. Every hill in every direction, terraced rows running to the sky, women in bright shawls moving through them plucking two

leaves and a bud.

At a factory near Pothamedu, a man named Thomas holds dried leaves under your nose, then pours a cup from the same batch. At 1,600 metres, the tea tastes sharper and cleaner than anything from a packet. He has been running these tastings for years and still gets visibly annoyed when someone asks for sugar.

Eravikulam National Park is twenty minutes out. The Nilgiri Tahr — endemic, endangered — graze the grasslands below Anamudi, South India's highest point at 2,695 metres. One stands six feet from the trail, chewing, looking through you. At Lockhart Gap, wind pushes you sideways and the Tamil Nadu plains

stretch flat below like a different country. At night Munnar drops to fourteen degrees. Pack a jacket. SUV for the ghats. Leave Kochi by seven. The kochi to munnar road trip is a popular outstation trip from Kochi.

Kochi to Alleppey (Distance: 53 km, Drive Time: 1.5 hours)

You wake up on the houseboat and for a few seconds you cannot place where you are. Water lapping against the hull. A crow on the railing outside. Fish curry and coconut oil from the kitchen below deck, where a cook named Sajan — fifteen years on these boats — is already working. Through the window, on the far bank, someone is climbing a coconut palm with a clay pot and a curved knife, collecting toddy the way it has been collected here for as long as anyone can remember. The canal is so still his reflection climbs with him.

The outstation car rental from Kochi is fifty-three kilometres on NH66, flat, sedan, under an hour. Between Cherthala and the jetty you pass through Kuttanad — rice paddies sitting below the waterline of the canals beside them, held by earthen bunds, farmed below sea level for centuries. One of two places on earth where this happens. Our chauffeurs who do this route will tell you which houseboat operators are worth booking if you ask.

The kochi to alleppey houseboat circuit and the Nehru Trophy Boat Race on the second Saturday of every August draw tens of thousands to Punnamada Lake — Chundan Valloms, snake boats over a hundred feet long, each powered by more than a hundred oarsmen, racing through water that the rest of the year belongs to egrets and lily pads. The remaining fifty-one weekends, the loudest sound on this lake is Sajan's pressure cooker going off below deck.

From Chennai:

Chennai to Pondicherry (Distance: 160 km, Drive Time: 3 hours)

In a shuttered kitchen off Rue des Missions, a woman stirs Vindalood'Pondichéry — not the Goan version, the Indo-French Creole original, slow-cooked with spices the French brought and techniques the Tamil cooks refused to forget. Prawn bisque with curry leaves on the next burner. Boudin créole cooling on a steel rack. These recipes survive because a handful of families decided they mattered more than the colony that left them behind. The East Coast Road follows the Coromandel Coast — fishing hamlets, salt pans, the Shore Temple at Mamallapuram catching morning light if you time it right.

Our chauffeurs who run this chennai to pondicherry road trip take the ECR over the faster NH45A without being asked. Pondicherry arrives quietly. The signage turns bilingual. Streets narrow into a grid a French planner drew two centuries ago. Mustard-yellow villas behind bougainvillea. The Raos, a couple from Adyar, came here for their anniversary and spent the first morning without a plan, turning corners in the French Quarter because the next street always looked worth walking down. Meera called that evening to extend the booking by a day.

Popular one-way cab booking from Chennai. Toll ₹200–250. Leave before seven.

Chennai to Mahabalipuram (Distance: 60 km, Drive Time: 1.5 hours)

On the main road through town, a man sits cross-legged behind a granite slab, tapping a chisel with the kind of patience that belongs to someone whose grandfather did the same thing, and his grandfather before that. The Pallavas carved temples from living rock here thirteen centuries ago. The sculptors

never left. Mahabalipuram is barely an hour from Chennai on the ECR, and the town takes twenty minutes to walk across. The Shore Temple stands where the Bay of Bengal meets the sand, built around 700 CE, one of the oldest structural stone temples in South India. The Pancha Rathas — five temples, each carved from a single granite boulder — sit a few minutes away. Arjuna's Penance stretches ninety-six feet across a rock face, over a hundred mythological figures emerging from a single cliff. UNESCO-listed since 1984.

But it is the things most visitors drive past that linger. At Saluvankuppam, five kilometres north, ASI archaeologists have been uncovering a brick temple that may date to the 2nd century BCE — potentially the oldest structural temple in India. Tiger Cave, an 8th-century rock-cut mandapa tucked inside a casuarina grove, has carved yazhi heads and almost no one around. Local fishermen talk about temples swallowed by the sea centuries ago, and marine archaeologists have found enough submerged ruins to suggest they are remembering accurately. The shortest outstation trip on this list. The chennai to mahabalipuram day trip needs no toll, sedan comfortable. Our chauffeurs know the Old

Mahabalipuram Road bypass that saves twenty minutes on busy Saturdays.

Corporate Outstation Car Rental

A travel manager at a leading Bangalore SaaS company often oversees her colleagues visit to Coimbatore every month; factory audits, three days, four people, an Innova Crysta. Earlier, she used to book through an app. The drivers changed every trip, she had to make multiple booking for short distances.

She switched to Komyut's corporate chauffeur service eighteen months ago. Same chauffeur driven car, familiar drivers - Prakash, Vijay. The invoices are GST-compliant, employee-wise, and land in her inbox the same evening the trip ends.

This is what a corporate car rental looks like when it is run by people, not an algorithm.

Convenience

Your admin sends us the route, dates, and number of passenger over WhatsApp or email. We confirm the vehicle, share the chauffeur details four hours before pickup, and the driver arrives fifteen minutes ahead of schedule.

For the Mumbai to Pune corridor, our drivers know the Hinjewadi exits.  For Delhi to Noida and Delhi to Gurgaon, they time departures around peak-hour bottlenecks. Bangalore to Coimbatore, Chennai to Coimbatore, Hyderabad to Vijayawada - we do these routes regularly.  One driver for the entire outstation trip. No driver swaps mid-journey. No rebooking for return legs.

Safety

Every chauffeur on our corporate roster is background-verified, trained in defensive driving, and has a minimum of five years on outstation travel routes. Real-time GPS tracking is shared with your travel desk. Our 24/7 operations team monitors every active trip. If a vehicle breaks down on aten-hour drive, a replacement is dispatched and your admin is informed before the driver calls. For women employees traveling solo, we assign chauffeurs with verified safety records and share live tracking with a designated contact at your company.

Billing Transparency

The quote we send is the bill you pay. Base fare, driver batta, toll and parking at actuals, state permits where applicable, and GST — every line itemized. No surge pricing. No hidden convenience fees. No platform charges that show up on the final invoice but were never in the quote.

Monthly consolidated invoices, employee-wise breakdowns, and PO-based billing are standard for corporate cab service accounts. Your finance team receives GST-compliant invoices formatted for expense filing and audit.

Trip Sheet and Chauffeur Report

At the end of every trip, the chauffeur hands over a physical trip sheet — start time, end time, kilometres driven, route taken, stops made. The passenger signs it. This signed trip sheet is the source document for your invoice. No disputes over distance. No confusion over extra hours.

For corporate car rental India accounts handling employee outstation travel across multiple cities, we compile monthly travel reports with route-wise data, spend summaries, and driver performance notes. Your travel desk gets visibility without chasing receipts.

Outstation Car Rental With Driver vs Aggregators and Self-Drive

  • Twenty-four hours is enough for most routes. But if you are traveling during peak season, book 48 to 72 hours ahead. Peak season varies by region: Rajasthan and the Golden Triangle (Jaipur, Agra): October to March. November through February is the busiest window, with daytime temperatures between 10°C and 25°C. Kerala (Munnar, Alleppey, Kochi, Thekkady): October to March. Post-monsoon brings calm backwaters and clear skies. Goa: November to February. Beach shacks close and seas turn rough from June through September. Hill stations (Shimla, Ooty, Coorg): October to March for most. Ooty also peaks March to June when plains travellers escape the summer heat. Tamil Nadu coast (Pondicherry, Mahabalipuram): November to February, after the northeast monsoon retreats. Luxury vehicles like the Mercedes E-Class and BMW 7 Series need longer lead time as availability is limited. For international travellers arriving during peak months, confirm your car rental with driver India booking at least a week before arrival.

  • It depends on the vehicle and city of origin. At Komyut, rates start at ₹14/km for a Suzuki Dzire from Bangalore and go up to ₹300/km for a Toyota Vellfire or Mercedes GLS 450. A 300 km per day minimum billing applies from most cities. Toll, parking, state permits, and 5% GST are charged separately at actuals. Every quote is shared upfront on WhatsApp before you confirm.

  • Komyut dispatches a replacement vehicle to your location. You are not left stranded with a refund and a phone number. The outstation trip continues in the replacement vehicle. There is no charge for waiting time, and you deal with one person throughout, not a support queue.

  • Yes. If you want to add Srirangapatna on the bangalore to mysore road trip, or extend a delhi to agra trip to include Mathura and Vrindavan, tell the chauffeur or call us. Additional kilometres are billed at the same per-km rate. No re-quoting, no surcharges.

  • Yes, with a night batta charge. Before 6 AM or after 9 PM, the driver allowance applies: ₹200 for a Dzire, ₹300 for an Innova Hycross, up to ₹500 for a BMW 7 Series. We recommend avoiding unfamiliar outstation travel routes after 10 PM. The chauffeur's judgement on road conditions is always respected. On routes through wildlife reserves like Bandipur on the bangalore to coorg road trip, night driving is not possible. Forest gates close at 9 PM and reopen at 6 AM.

  • Yes. Komyut issues GST-compliant invoices within 24 hours of trip completion. We accept bank transfer, Razorpay, and PayPal. For repeat corporate cab service accounts, monthly consolidated billing with employee-wise breakdowns is available. The Innova Crysta at ₹24/km from Bangalore is the standard corporate chauffeur driven car minimum.

  • It is an industry-standard billing floor for outstation car rental with driver bookings. You pay for 300 km per day or the actual distance driven, whichever is higher. A Bangalore to Nandi Hills round trip, roughly 120 km, is still billed at 300 km multiplied by your per-km rate. On multi-day outstation trips, the minimum applies per day. From Delhi, the daily minimum is 250 km. From Kochi, it is 100 km. The minimum exists because the chauffeur and vehicle are blocked for your full day regardless of how far you actually travel.
