Urbania Van on Rent in Delhi: How Fares Work
Airport transfers are priced as a fixed fare for the first 30 km, and each further kilometre is billed at a set rate. Full-day bookings run on a package of hours and kilometres.
Tolls, parking beyond the included allowance and interstate tax are added at actual cost. Trips into Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana or Uttarakhand pay the entry tax of each state crossed, so a weekend trip to Agra or Jaipur includes these charges.
When Groups Book a Force Urbania in Delhi
Airport groups are the most common booking. A team or family landing together is met at the terminal and driven to the hotel in one vehicle, which keeps passengers and luggage together. On arrival pickups, the chauffeur waits for up to one hour at no charge.
Companies book the Urbania for offsites and client visits, where one van replaces three or four cars. For weddings, it moves guests between hotels and venues across the day.
